When drawing water from natural sources such as rivers, reservoirs, or collection basins, filtering such water is a common yet particularly complex challenge for those operating in the irrigation sector. As a matter of fact, in these environments, the water is often far from clear and typically contains algae, sand, and various suspended impurities. In this specific case, the operator was unable to implement an effective filtration system, which severely limited operational capacity.
Developing a reliable and efficient solution meant guaranteeing the handling of heavily contaminated water, ensuring continuous flow, protecting irrigation components, and restoring full system performance.
With the customization of the standard unit and the adoption of a finer mesh screen, we successfully delivered an efficient filtration system that met the flow rate requirements of the pump already installed on site, achieving a filtration level of up to 125 microns.
In addition, a dedicated engineering study supply the necessary accessories for proper connection between the new filter and the existing pump, and on-site support provided by our team during installation guaranteed the correct setup and smooth commissioning.
