Rotary vane pump mounted on an eccentric rotor for vacuum systems, designed for manure pumping systems. This system helps to prime the pump by suctioning the liquid from the suction pipe, utilizing the vacuum created, also thanks to the presence of a non-return valve on the discharge pipe. The system can be managed either manually or in automatic mode. In the latter case, the pump starts automatically once filling is complete.

The ComAp InteliGen 500 G2 control unit, available on our manure diesel pump, manages in an integrated way the sequence of operational phases that typically characterize a standard field fertilization session (manure distribution): – Centrifugal pump priming – Distribution/spreading – Stand-by – Cleaning (pipe cleaning using compressed air, with or without cleaning ball) Depending on the current operational phase and the data received from the sensors on the motor pump, the valves in each circuit are activated in the correct order and timing.

The CIM 136 is the Elcos control unit for manual and automatic operation via external contact, equipped with an integrated GSM modem that allows remote control of the pump unit through an app. Without operator intervention, the CIM 136 automatically monitors all its parameters and alarms. Thanks to the actuator, it can perform automatic adjustments to maintain constant irrigation pressure.
