Monitoring and controlling the various work phases can be carried out remotely through the ComAp InteliScada platform, on which Euromacchine develops the control interface. The software can be installed on a tablet or computer running Microsoft Windows 10. A mandatory requirement is that the tablet or computer has an Internet connection and that a SIM card has been inserted into the modem provided in the machine to ensure Internet connectivity. Additionally, having the machine online allows Euromacchine's after-sales service to assist in resolving any operational issues or, from a predictive perspective, anticipate potential problems to significantly reduce downtime. The electric pump set, in all its functions, can be managed by a single operator.

To allow a single operator to manage the pumping operation completely independently, we developed the Inteliscada system, connected to a rugged tablet provided as an optional tool for monitoring the entire system.

It is a solution for applications where the pump might run dry. It includes an auxiliary gland and oil reservoir that lubricate the seal faces and prevent dry running during priming, re-priming, or standby operation. The system features continuous circulation and cooling of the lubricant and seal faces, and allows the pump to run dry for hours without damaging the mechanical seal.

Cornell’s manure pumps come equipped with the patented Cycloseal sealing system, which leverages cyclonic action to extract solids and abrasive substances from the seal area while simultaneously purging air and gas pockets. This groundbreaking technology extends the lifespan of the seal.

Cornell manure pumps are made with high-quality materials to ensure longevity and durability. Optional materials are also available for applications requiring resistance to abrasive or corrosive substances. To further enhance performance and lifespan, these pumps come standard with balanced impellers, robust shafts, replaceable shaft sleeves, and wear rings.

CD4MCu is a duplex stainless steel that uses a two-phase metallurgical process, unlike the single-phase process typical of common stainless steels such as 316. The result is a stainless steel with corrosion resistance equal to or greater than that of 316 stainless steel but with twice the yield strength. CD4MCu allows pumps to be used in more abrasive applications, offering greater resistance to crevice corrosion and pitting.

Cornell Pulse is a new method to measure pump temperature and vibration in real time. The device is a small wireless unit, less than 2” in circumference, which is mounted on the pump and takes readings when prompted by the user via a mobile app. Pulse is designed to withstand tough wash-down conditions and can last up to five years with daily measurements.

We offer the possibility to install a remote electrical panel, positioned in a separate unit from the pumping station and connected to it only through the starting electrical cables.

We offer the option of an onboard electrical panel, installed on the same base frame as the pumping station, ensuring a more compact and less bulky design.

Rotary vane pump mounted on an eccentric rotor for vacuum systems, designed for manure pumping systems. This system helps to prime the pump by suctioning the liquid from the suction pipe, utilizing the vacuum created, also thanks to the presence of a non-return valve on the discharge pipe. The system can be managed either manually or in automatic mode. In the latter case, the pump starts automatically once filling is complete.
