The Riverscreen is designed to ensure a constant flow of clean water from sources such as rivers, canals, and lakes. Its operation is made possible by a sophisticated nozzle system: the internal nozzles spray water outward to keep the basket free from algae, leaves, and other debris, while the external nozzles of the Water Driven PowerDrive system spray water onto the basket, allowing it to rotate. In low-flow conditions or other challenging situations, an electric motor (Motor Drive) can be added to ensure autonomous rotation of the basket. These features provide the end user with a fully independent system and minimize downtime caused by maintenance or cleaning.
